To reinforce that commitment, we offer a limited Money-Back Guarantee on qualifying diminished value appraisal services.
Scope of Guarantee
If a client fully complies with all requirements outlined below and ultimately recovers less in diminished value than the fee paid for the appraisal, CCA will refund the appraisal fee in full.
This guarantee is intended to reduce financial risk while acknowledging that claim outcomes are influenced by factors beyond our control.
No Guarantee of Outcome
This guarantee does not represent a guarantee of:
- Settlement amount
- Claim approval
- Legal outcome
All appraisal reports are professional opinions based on available data and methodology.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, all of the following must be met:
Timely Filing
Claim must be filed within the applicable statute of limitations.
Vehicle Eligibility
- Vehicle must not be leased
- Vehicle must have no prior accident or damage history
Good Faith Pursuit of Claim
Client must demonstrate reasonable and documented efforts to pursue recovery, including:
- Submission of appraisal to insurer
- Participation in negotiation process
Legal Escalation Requirement
If recovery is denied or insufficient, client must:
- File in small claims court or appropriate jurisdiction
- Provide documentation of final court outcome or adjudicated result
Final Recovery Threshold
Total recovery must be less than the amount paid for the appraisal.
Documentation Requirement
Client must provide:
- Final settlement documentation OR court ruling
- Proof of claim submission and pursuit
Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply:
- In states where diminished value recovery is restricted or limited, including: Massachusetts, Michigan, North Dakota, New York, Tennessee
- Where policy limits prevent recovery
- Where client fails to pursue claim in good faith
- Where inaccurate or incomplete information was provided
- Where the report is not used in pursuit of the claim
Refund Determination
CCA reserves the sole right to evaluate eligibility based on submitted documentation and compliance with these Terms.
