Money-Back Guarantee

At Collision Claims Advisors, we stand firmly behind the accuracy and value of our work. This company was founded with one mission in mind: to help everyday people navigate the complexities of insurance claims and recover the compensation they rightfully deserve after a loss.

It has never been our founder’s intent for anyone to feel burdened by the cost of an appraisal upfront. That’s why, when you order a certified diminished value appraisal, your purchase is backed by our Money-Back Guarantee—carefully designed to make your investment risk-free.

Our Guarantee

  • If your diminished value recovery is less than the cost of your appraisal report, we will refund 100% of your appraisal fee. This guarantee is in place to protect your investment and ensure you're confident moving forward with your claim.

Important Considerations

Negotiation is a normal part of any insurance claim. While Collision Claims Advisors is committed to providing expert documentation and guidance, we cannot guarantee a settlement outcome, as there are many variables outside our control—including an insurer response, coverage limits, and negotiation dynamics.

However, we guarantee that if your final diminished value recovery falls short of what you paid for your report, and you meet the requirements outlined below, you will receive a full refund of your appraisal fee.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply in the following states due to local regulatory limitations:

  • Massachusetts

  • Michigan

  • North Dakota

  • New York

  • Tennessee

It also does not apply in cases where the property damage policy limits were insufficient to allow for a diminished value recovery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Claim must be filed before statue of limitations expire

  • The vehicle must not be leased. (Leased vehicles are not eligible.)

  • The vehicle must have no prior accident or damage history, regardless of prior awareness.

  • The final settlement or court award must be less than the appraisal fee you paid.

  • You must provide evidence of filing in small claims or appropriate court venue against the responsible party, including a final court determination or award that falls below your appraisal fee.

This documentation is required to process any refund request.
