No, but it is strongly preferred. Our methodology is designed around USPAP-compliant, IACP-aligned practice standards. If you are not yet certified, we can point you at the program and help you get there.
Yes. AppraisalIQ partners are free to take on any cases they want. Most partners use the platform for all of their work simply because it is the most efficient way to produce a defensible report — not because they are required to.
Referrals are routed to partners in good standing based on geography, case type, and current availability. There is no referral fee taken from partners — the relationship is straightforward and transparent.
